Due to individual state laws, we are only able to ship to the states dictated on the map posted on the shop pages. Please check back in the future, as we are in the process of adding more.

ELIGIBILTY:
You are not permitted to view the Site unless you are 21 years of age or older. If you are younger than 21, please do not visit the Site. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 21 years of age.

Use of the Site and its features and registration to have an account ("My Account") is void where prohibited. By using the Site and its features, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) your use of the Site and its features does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

GIVEAWAYS AND SWEEPSTAKES:
Twice Daily Giveaway - No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your change of winning. Giveaway Period begins November 1st, 2019 at 12:00 am EST and ends December, 31, 2019 at 11:59 pm EST. Two winners will be picked at random on January, 6th, 2020. One entry per person. Valid for U.S. and District of Columbia residents who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in ALASKA, HAWAII AND wherever prohibited or restricted by law. To enter send a text message by texting "drinkclean" to 888111. You must verify your age and follow the prompts to be entered. Message and data rates apply. Approximate Retail Value of Prize:  $300.00. Should actual value of Grand Prize be less than the stated Approximate Retail Value, winner will not receive the difference in cash or otherwise.  Odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.Taxes on a prize are each winner’s sole responsibility.  If value of a prize is $600 or more, each winner will be issued W-9 IRS Tax Form with the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a subsequent 1099 IRS Form.  Upon receipt of a prize, each winner shall be required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local law, rules and regulations.
